Common Questions
It depends on your goal and current level. For beginners, 3 sessions per week is more than enough to see progress. Advanced clients work out 4–5 times. What matters is that the plan fits your life — there's no point scheduling 6 sessions if you can realistically make 3.
Yes, and I enjoy it. Beginners are my favourite clients because they haven't built bad habits yet. We start from the ground up — technique, breathing, proper load — and build progress step by step.
A personalized program delivered via app, video demonstrations for every exercise, weekly progress check-ins, and plan adjustments as needed. I'm available via messages during the working week for any questions.
The first changes — more energy and better technique — show up within two weeks. Visible physical changes come between weeks 6 and 12 with consistent training and nutrition. I don't sell quick fixes because they don't exist — I sell a system that works.
Either works. Personal training sessions are gym-based. For online coaching, I can design a program around whatever equipment you have — from a full commercial gym to bodyweight-only at home.
It lasts around 60 minutes. We go through your goals, training history, and any injuries or limitations. We do a short physical assessment and define a plan together. No commitment, no sales pressure — the goal is for you to see how I work before making a decision.
